Rental Process:
rentjaap.com offers hosts two rental options: Instant Book and Request to Book. With Instant Book, a guest can immediately book a vehicle while Request to Book requires the host to review and accept or reject the booking within 3 hours. The booking will be automatically cancelled if the host does not approve or reject the booking within this timeframe.
Punctuality:
We expect all guests to arrive on time for their rentals. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please inform the host as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
Hygiene:
We expect guests to return the car in a cleaner state than when it was picked up. Please ensure that the car is free from trash and that any spills or stains are cleaned up.
Road Safety:
Guests are responsible for any fines incurred during the rental period, including those for wrong driving or parking. It is important to respect all road rules to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Any damage to the vehicle will also incur extra charges for the guest.
Payments:
Payments can be made through the rentjaap.com platform or in cash, depending on the host's preference. Payment is expected to be made upon or immediately after pickup.
User Validation:
For everyone's safety, we will validate the identities of all users before their first transaction or booking. Rentjaap.com reserves the right to demand a revalidation of any user if there is a reasonable security concern or suspicion of fraud.
Host Rules:
Hosts reserve the right to set reasonable rules regarding the rental and driving of their vehicles. Guests are expected to follow these rules to the letter.
Extensions:
Guests may discuss rental period extensions directly with the host. It is advisable to do this at least 2 days before the end of the initial rental period.
Fuel:
Guests are expected to return the car with a full tank. If you are unable to do so, you will need to compensate the host for the fuel consumed during your rental period.
Reviews:
rentjaap.com encourages guests to leave reviews of the car and their interaction with the host. Hosts will also be asked to leave reviews of their experience with the guest.
Cancellation Policy:
rentjaap.com has a flexible cancellation policy. Guests can cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period for a full refund.
Mileage Limit:
